If I am completely honest, it was my wife who took the initiative on my behalf to organise coaching with Stride Group. I am all for pushing myself, but admittedly was slightly sceptical about what I would get out of our sessions, thinking executive coaching was all fluff and no substance.

How wrong I was. By the end of the first session I was highly impressed with the personable approach, the obvious preparation they had done, they way they challenged me and their program for helping me achieve my goals. By the end of the program, I had systematically analysed myself, identified strengths I was under-utilising and developed systems to help me improve the areas I was not performing so well in.

It was at this point I made the decision to pivot my career, moving from an executive marketing role into the management of my own consultancy. I openly admit Stride group was a pivotal component in helping me be ready for this transition and would strongly recommend their services to anyone willing to grow themselves and how they approach success.
